Nestled in the middle of the Delaware State Forest, we offer the perfect escape for your whole family to relax and reconnect in Dingmans Ferry, PA. Our large vacation homes are secluded, yet conveniently located to miles of hiking and ATV trails, numerous waterfalls, breweries and ski resorts.

Each of our pet friendly retreats sleeps 12 and offers unique amenities to ensure the whole family enjoys their stay. Where else will you find homes with numerous arcade games, a hot tub, theater seating, grill islands and deluxe kitchens fit for a chef?!

Our vacation rentals are fully furnished with more than the comforts of home including extremely comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchens (one has 2 full kitchens), bed linens and luxury blankets, bath towels, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi for business, grill islands, and much much more!

The living room has a Smart TV, access to Bedroom 4 with the bunk beds seen in the back.

"Awesome stay at such a great house. Extremely clean, well decorated. Never needed to leave. Spent hours in the game room playing pinball and air hockey. Watched movies in the theater room. Great setup. Was like staying at a resort. Super easy check in, great communication from delightful host. Did not get to use the hot tub because we were too busy with everything else!"

We had such a great time at this house! A 24/7 arcade + hot tub + movie theater combo made everyone in our group very happy. We had an opportunity to utilize every bit of the house, even the fire pit. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchens. There’s even a waffle iron and grilling supplies like tools, charcoal, and lighter fluid. The flexibility of late check out for a small additional fee was also VERY appreciated. We were able to take our time and play a few more rounds before heading out. Thank you!

This house is a lot of fun between the game room, movie room, and hot tub. The location is about 20-25 minutes away from most of the restaurants/things to do in the area but all the drives were beautiful! It’s the perfect place to go during covid where you can feel safe and isolated but still with plenty of things to do! All the suggestions in the welcome guide were great in terms of activities and food!

My family had an amazing weekend at Amys’s home. It was beyond our expectations. Every question we had Amy answered promptly. We really enjoyed the game room and movie theater room. This house and the view is absolutely beautiful. Waking up in the mornings and walking to the balcony was my thing! I would recommend this home 1000%! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. A group of my friends and I came out to enjoy a peaceful weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house was perfect for the eight of us with ample space for us to both spread out and also convene to hang. We didn’t want to leave! We greatly appreciated the extra touches and accommodations as well as the ease of communication. Anything that came up Amy was at the ready to assist. Our only wish is that we chose to spend more time to enjoy the space. Hope to come back in the near future!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Dingman's Ferry. The rental has plenty of bedrooms and kitchen space, which allowed us to easily feed a group of nine people. There are helpful instructions everywhere, making all the amenities easy to use and access. Additionally, Amy was easy to reach and quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend for a small group of people looking for a quiet stay in the Poconos, especially if you have a dog.

A nice secluded place to relax! The inside is great, with awesome pinball to cool theater. The hot tub and fire pit are wonderful outside. We had a decent size group and it works well to have a little bit of something for everyone.

Booked this place for a getaway with family&friends and could not have had a better time! The house looks better than shown! My favorite thing about this place were the amenities, you can't beat an in-home theatre, game room, and of course outdoor HOT TUB!!! Sitting in there staring at the stars while it was snowing was so beautiful. The host was also super easy to communicate with and answered quickly. 10/10 would book again.

Amy’s house in the Poconos was exactly the kind of getaway my family needed. We arrived during a week of severe winter weather; and found the common areas of the house to be well heated while the bedrooms had excellent blankets for sleeping comfortably. The adults made good use of the hot tub, game room, and theater room; as well as one of the two! kitchens for cooking all of our meals. The house was also very safe for our 3 year old and two small dogs.

Very spacious house! We are party of 10 including grandma, teenager and baby. This house accommodated everyone! Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear.3 full bathrooms and 2 full kitchen are wonderful! Highlights are the lower levels with all the games, pool table, theater and the very nice hot tub that works amazing! Host has been very responsive when we have question and even there were miscommunication with host and cleaning team, Amy the host was trying her best to help us. Will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends and family!

If you are looking for seclusion to wake up listening to the birds and only seeing trees, you’ve found the right location. With the unique amenities at each property, many guests report they never leave. For those who want to explore, our general store, The Pickerel Inn, is only 2.5 miles away offering an amazing deli and anything you may have forgotten. Whether you seek adventure, waterfalls, hiking, skiing, great restaurants, or the towns of Milford or Hawley, everything is a 15-20 minute drive away.

Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. With regard to payment, 50% of the total is due upon booking to reserve your stay, and the remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.

A day or two before your arrival, a credit card hold of $250 will be placed for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved before you arrive and then, if there are no damages, automatically released within 48 hours after departure.

Guests can cancel for a full refund within the first 48 hours of confirming a reservation and at least 14 days before check-in. Outside of that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% credit toward a future stay.
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (3:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine since it’s self check-in!

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! As long as there is not another reservation checking in/out that same day, these are available upon availability. We will need advanced notice for these requests so we can coordinate with our cleaning crew. The rates can be referenced below:

  • Early Check-In:
    • $75 add-on (2:00pm instead)
    • $100 add-on (1:00pm instead)
  • Late Check-Out:
    • $50 add-on (11:00am instead)
    • $100 add-on (12:00pm instead)
    • $150 add-on (1:00pm instead)
None at all! All beds will be made with our high quality sheets, pillows and comforters. Luxury towels and washcloths are stocked in each bedroom with extras in the bathrooms. Kitchen towels and dish rags are also provided. Just bring your clothes and food!
Yes! We welcome all members of your family. We offer food and water dishes, dog beds, pet towels, and couch covers. Our Rock Hill property also offers a fenced area for your dogs to play off leash. Please do not leave your pets alone/unsupervised in the home.
All machines are free to play as much as you wish.
Once you are at the property, the Weis Markets in Lords Valley is 20 minutes away. Many guests bring groceries from home or stop at a store before their arrival. We can make suggestions depending upon which direction you are driving from.
We welcome children and provide a number of extras so you don’t have to pack as much. We offer outlet covers, pack n play, children’s utensils, potty seat, books, games and toys. As the parents of two preschoolers, we are happy to make your packing experience a bit less hectic!
